How to Get Fuzzies Off a Sweater

Have you ever encountered the surprise of discovering that your favorite sweater is covered in annoying fabric pills? Fabric pills form on garments over time due to friction from regular use and machine washing; left unchecked they can ruin their appearance, making your garment appear worn-out and disorganized.

As there are various DIY solutions for eliminating sweater fuzzies, so that your pieces look like new again, there are numerous straightforward DIY strategies available to you for getting rid of sweater fuzzies. From using The Nori Trim clothes shaver or lint roller to disposable razors and tweezers there is bound to be one that works.

Avoiding fuzz from sweaters in the first place can extend its life and keep it looking its best for longer. By following washing instructions and air drying flat or hanging instead of using the dryer, you can help lower their chances of developing irritating little pilling fibers later. Furthermore, regularly brushing them with soft-bristle sweater comb or pumice stone to remove loose fluff and lint from build-up will also help avoid pilling over time. Finally, professional cleaning or repair services offer alternative solutions if DIY solutions don't appeal.
